He has experience in the <br />design of a wide variety of projects for governmental and institutional clients <br />including: City of Miami, City of Miami Beach, City of South Miami, Village of <br />Islamorada, Miami Dade College, and Florida International University. <br /> <br />AI Delgado, R.A., LEED AP I Role: Project Architect <br />Mr. Delgado has over 20 years of experience with public and private sector pro- <br />jects. At MC Harry Associates, he has been a key contributor to the firm's large <br />scale projects including the redevelopment of public facilities. Mr. Delgado is par- <br />ticularly skilled in design implementation and contract document management. His <br />background in a broad range of project types enhance his ability to efficiently de- <br />liver the client's program goals as a quality finished product. <br /> <br />Lourdes Solera, AlA, LEED, Vice President I Role: Project Architect <br />Ms. Solera will lead our Team as Project Architect. Her experience includes <br />historic building restoration and the adaptive reuse and modernization of vintage <br />buildings. With over 20 years of professional practice, Ms Solera has acquired a <br />broad range of experience in both public and private sector projects. <br /> <br />Maria Guillem-Pendas I Role: ADA Compliance <br />Ms. Guillem Pendas will provide ADA compliance design. She has over 20 years <br />of experience in the programming, design and construction documentation of <br />numerous public projects. Ms. Guillem-Pendas has served as project manager for <br />various renovations and remodeling projects for public clients, including historical <br />restorations; and is the author of MC Harry's ADA assessment and transition plan <br />for 2.5 million square feet of Broward County public buildings. <br /> <br />Craig Aquart 1 Role: Construction Management <br />Mr. Aquart has worked in various disciplines of the construction industry since <br />1990. He is versed in the administration and management of construction <br />projects. He has 17 years of experience in the design, preparation of presentation <br />and architectural working drawings for institutional, commercial and residential <br />projects. He has experience in coordinating project professionals in various <br />disciplines and has served as a full time field representative for construction <br />projects of significant magnitude.
