<br /> Charge, Mr. Cohen oversaw exterior envelope improvements, interior ADA upgrades, and general interior construction. This project
<br /> totaled $4.5 million to construct, and was completed as part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Facilities Work Program.

<br />developed to ensure a consistent, "branded" approach across all of MDC's various campus locations.

<br /> As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Cohen managed this program which architectural services for three schools. At Michael Krop Senior High
<br /> School, two new freestanding covered shelters feature food serving bays and vending machines. Both shelters total approximately
<br /> 5,000-sqaure-feet. At Norwood Elementary and Parkway Elementary, 2,500-square-feet of covered physical educational shelters and
<br /> 500-square-feet of covered walkways and storage facilities were designed and constructed for both schools.
