The project team was <br />led by Principal-in-Charge James Cohen AlA, <br />LEED AP and Project Manager Julio Sanchez <br />LEED AP. This two-story building, initially <br />constructed in 1978, required exterior envelope <br />improvements, interior ADA upgrades, <br />replacement of doors, frames, and cabinetry, <br />and major interior paint throughout.
