POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(305) 995-4043 <br /> <br />As part of SBLM's ongoing work with Miami- <br />Dade County Public Schools, the firm's Florida <br />team is performing an office expansion at <br />MDCPS's 30,000-square-foot ITS Annex <br />warehouse facility in Miami. The facility serves <br />as a headquarters for MDCPS's information <br />technology department and its central <br />computer equipment storage depot, and <br />also houses administrative staff offices and a <br />repair shop. SBLM is building out an existing <br />office area to include a work room with new <br />fire-rated walls, lighting, general electric outlets <br />and new finishes, with new work to existing <br />building systems as necessary. The scope of <br />SBLM's work also includes field surveys and <br />the preparation of all necessary drawings. The <br />SBLM project team is being led by Principal-in- <br />Charge James Cohen AlA, LEED AP. <br /> <br /> 25.
