The project team, <br />led by Principal-in-Charge James Cohen AlA, <br />LEED AP and Project Manager Glenn Lurie AlA, <br />LEED AP, is conducting an audit and physical <br />examination of the existing signage conditions, <br />site plans, master plan documentation, and an <br />assessment of ADA guidelines to determine <br />the optimum pedestrian accessibility routes. <br /> <br />The program includes the development of <br />design standards for internal vehicular and <br />pedestrian signage for all directional and <br />identification signage, directories, and access <br />symbol signs. New protocols also are being <br />developed to ensure a consistent, "branded" <br />approach with the use of MDC graphics to <br />provide an elegant and economical design <br />solution. The budget for this contract is just <br />under $3 million. <br /> <br /> 25.
