This wealth of experience makes him a <br />reliable resource to clients in any aspect of design, construction, inspection and <br />materials testing services and constructability review. <br /> <br />2009 - Ongoing - Pembroke Road intersection with new access road at <br />Grand Palms Country Club; Pembroke Pines, Florida <br />As a member of the Design Team, responsible for concept design and alignment <br />of the road and all studies for the entrance, exit and modification of Pembroke <br />Road" coordinated preliminary approvals of the City of Pembroke Pines <br />Engineering and Planning and Zoning departments, photometric design, <br />coordinated landscaping and MEP plans, design of Architectural and Structural <br />plans of the guardhouse and access control for a new access road for a <br />community of 500 homes to access Pembroke Road. The scope of the design is <br />the design and maintenance of traffic on Pembroke Road to provide modification <br />of the median, a storage lane and new signalization for eastbound and westbound <br />entrance and exit to and from the community and Pembroke Road. <br /> <br />2008 - ongoing - Golf View Village located in Sunrise, Florida <br />As Design Engineer of Record, responsible for drainage, pavement design, <br />signing and marking of the access road to the 49-unit townhouse community, <br />including site plan approval and permitting through all municipal agencies. <br />This project consists of the design of a new site plan and construction <br />documents for seven townhouses in the larger 49 townhouse community. <br />The construction documents include water, sewer, force main, pavement <br />design, signing and marking for the Golf View Village Condominium. <br /> <br />2007-2008 - Culvert Bridge and an access road to a community located <br />at 950 S.W. 121 Avenue in Davie, Florida. <br />This project involved the design and permitting of a culvert bridge to provide <br />access from Flamingo Road to the community over a canal being controlled <br />by Central Broward Water Control District. As Design Engineer, <br />responsibilities included design a culvert bridge for property access over the <br />canal for the installation of a 60 inch pipe culvert to control the flow, <br />pavement design, signing and marking, rip rap, and guardrails. This required <br />coordination between the county, city and the South Florida Water <br />Management District for permitting, inspection, and certification. <br />2008 - ongoing - Turtle Run development located at Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />As the Design Engineer of Record, responsible for the permitting of a new <br />site plan to include environmental, drainage design, pavement design, <br />signing, marking, and paving plans for the community roads in a one hundred <br />and eighty six single family home community, design of wet and dry retention <br />ponds, environmental plan, mitigation plans, water, sewer, force-main, <br />pavement design, signage and marking, lighting, and curb and gutter.
