Lauderdale, Florida the firm is very familiar with the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />since for the past 7 years they have been involved high-rise condo projects such <br />as Marquis, Oceania 1, 2 & 3, Acqualina, Trump 1, 2 & 3, Harbour House, St. <br />Regis Bal Harbour and many other highly prestigious projects. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Their project related experience includes entertainment complexes such as <br />Wannado City (located at Sawgrass Mills) which is an interactive career focused <br />entertainment facility targeted at children; Six Flags Atlantis, Ft. Lauder; Ft. <br />Lauderdale Museum of Discovery & Science (28,000 sq. ft. expansion), which <br />includes interactive exhibits for kids and a live Otter Habitat. In addition, their <br />park related experience include Markham Park in Pembroke Pines where the <br />project included the design of mountain bike trails, model airplane field, <br />swimming pool complex and the future Zoo Island Animal Park (a complex <br />similar to Metro Zoo). Other aquatic related projects include: Coral Springs <br />Aquatic Center - training and support facilities; Sheraton Bal Harbour Hotel - a <br />water amusement park with slides, flumes and other waterways; and Parkland <br />Golf and Country Club - a new water themed entertainment center developed by <br />WCI. <br /> <br />o Develotec, Inc. (www.develotec.net) <br />Civil Engineer: The firm was established in 2004 and for the past 27 years has <br />been providing civil engineering related services for Miami Dade County. The <br />principals have over 60 years of combined experience in the design and <br />permitting of civil projects, including water, sewer, paving, drainage, roads, <br />parking, safety improvements, etc. <br /> <br />The firm has an excellent relationship with Miami Dade County's Department of <br />Water and Sewer (WASD), the Department of Environmental Resources <br />Management (DERM) and Public Works; with the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as well as <br />the South Florida Water Management District and the Corps of Engineers. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />In addition, the firm holds technical qualification with Miami Dade County, in the <br />areas of Highway Systems-Site Development and Parking Lot Design, Highway <br /> <br />1 8 of 32 <br />
