The studio's strength <br />lies in its multi-disciplinary experience and collaborative approach to spatial <br />design. Our work includes projects in urban design, streetscape design, site and <br />community planning, residential, commercial, hotel/resort, and park design. The firm's <br />collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is exemplified in the successful <br />completion of South Point Park and Belle Isle Park; 41 st Street Bridge and <br />Streetscape Master Planning, Espanola Way, Washington Avenue Streetscape, <br />and Alton Road Golf Course Streetscape; Royal Palm Crowne Plaza Hotel, <br />Costa D'Este, and Fisher Island Beach Club; Aventura City Hall, Sunny Isles <br />Beach City Hall, North Miami Beach Police Facility; Johnson & Wales University, <br />HHH Cypress Bay School, Christopher Columbus High School, and Miami-Dade <br />County High School Prototypes; and housing condominiums Corinthian, <br />LaFayette Plaza, and Pinnacle Park.
