The company does its own value <br />engineering and has subsidiaries which perform roofing, painting and plastering <br />operations. The General Contractor has been working in the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach since 1993 and has built the Sands Pointe Condominium (212 units), The <br />Pinnacle Condominium (242 units), Intracoastal Yacht Club (795 units), King <br />David Condominiums (88 units), Sayan Condominium (90 units), and St Tropez <br />Condominium (mixed-use project with 286 units and 35,000 sf of retail). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />o Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske, P.L.
