<br />. <br /> <br />4. Confirm the governing regulations for the Sunny Isles Center Sub-district <br />(summary chart C, D, E OR the depiction of Diagram 01 on page 801 of the SIB <br />code)? Please respond identifying the correct setbacks to the property line, <br />pedestal, tower and penthouse as well as the required depth of the arcade. <br /> <br />The governing regulations for the Sunny Isles Center Sub-District are defining by <br />a series of charts. Chart C defines setbacks and amenities, Chart D defines <br />building massing and Chart E defines lot width and FAR. Attached is Diagram 1 <br />approved on 10/15/2009 LPA2009-59. This diagram does not have a penthouse <br />and reflects the dimensions stipulated on the charts. <br /> <br />5. Confirm whether the Aquatic Park Complex, as a city-owned public park and <br />NOT private property, is exempt from the City's noise ordinance, Ch. 193. <br /> <br />Aquarium is a private operation. <br /> <br />6. Confirm whether the Aquatic Park Complex is deemed a "governmental agency <br />facility" and thereby exempt from the Administrative Site Plan Review process <br />pursuant to ~ 265-18(c)(7). <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. Confirm whether the Aquatic Park Complex will need to be designed with the <br />dual purpose of providing emergency shelter pursuant to FI. Stat. 255.042 <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />8. FI. Stat. 255.2575(2) requires all municipal buildings to be constructed to meet <br />the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, the Green Building Initiative's <br />Green Globes rating system, the Florida Green Building Coalition standards, or a <br />nationally recognized, high-performance green building rating system as <br />approved by the Department of Management Services. Confirm whether the City <br />requires green building certification by a third party (such as LEED certification) <br />or only compliance with the Energy Conservation and Sustainable Buildings Act <br />pursuant to FI. Stat. 255.251. If a third party certification is required, please <br />confirm whether the respondent can select and travel under any of the <br />aforementioned rating systems or whether the City is requiring a third party rating <br />under a specific rating system.
