<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section IV <br />SITE ANALYSIS <br /> <br />This section of the report presents a description of the Sunny Isles Beach Aquarium, including a <br />summary of facilities, location and description of area. <br /> <br />Facilities <br /> <br />Sunny Isles Beach Aquarium is situated on land located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br />Conceptual design plans call for a three-story, I OO,OOO-square- foot center. It would be housed at 151 <br />Sunny Isles Beach Blvd., the present site of a city-owned retail complex. <br /> <br />Education <br />Sunny Isles Beach is within the Miami-Dade County Public Schools system. All of the schools <br />that serve Sunny Isles Beach are located in unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Sunny Isles Beach has <br />3 Elementary Schools, 1 K-8 Center, 1 Middle School and 2 High Schools. <br /> <br />Infrastructure <br />The primary road route for Sunny Isles Beach is Collins A venue running North and South, and <br />Sunny Isles Beach Blvd running East and West through the community. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Sunny Isles Beach is a city located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, <br />United States.
