Throughout the second level there are more interactives and viewing of turtles, <br />octopus, squid, tide pools for tots and a sea lion / seal show and play pool. Another area exhibits the <br />shell fish, lobster, shrimp, conch, snails, clams, mussels, crabs, etc. and a large barracuda tan1c <br /> <br />This floor also has the Sea Trek diving pool starting on this level and going through to the 3rd level. <br /> <br />3 rd Floor <br /> <br />Following the ramp to the third floor we arrive at the top of the tank. There is stadium seating, walking <br />bridge across the reef tank for diver operation and trainer seating area. <br /> <br />Throughout the day, Staff will teach the visitors on the reef life, feedings, answer questions and a show <br />with a large screen a movie on a semi circle screen. There will also be bird shows at specific times so <br />there is always activity in this area. <br /> <br />Behind the seating area there are multiple chambered jewel tank exhibits with Giant Pacific Octopus, <br />Lion Fish, Stone Fish. <br /> <br />There are also two labs for sea bird rehabilitation and aquatic gardening. There are two cylinder tanks <br />coming up through the floor that were seen on the first and second level for jelly fish and sea horses. <br />Additionally, there is a third lab for Environmental Impact with tanks and dioramas. <br /> <br />The IMAX Theater will be located on the third level behind the reef tank. <br /> <br />And for the ultimate experience, you can enter the Sea Trek Adventure, a two-story tank in the front of <br />the building that allows you to helmet dive a tank filled with shimmering multi color fish, stingrays and <br />magical sea life. A cable lift system will be used to ensure bathers are lowered properly into the tank. <br /> <br />Outside on the roof deck and restaurant area there is the last interactive fish fantastic spray deck <br />consisting of lighted synchronized sprays, seal slide, octopus swing and whale, dolphin and crab climb- <br />ons. Although all ages can interact and cool off in the fountain sprays, the area is gauged for 12 years <br />and under group. <br /> <br />Changing for all the water interactive is located on the second level with access to all the water <br />activities on the 1St, 3rd, and top level. <br /> <br />The last exhibit is another oval shaped aquarium tank located in the restaurant with large Indo-Pacific <br />coral fish community and colorful sea life. <br /> <br />Feasibility Study for a Proposed Aquarium at Sunny Isles, Florida <br /> <br />Page 7 <br />
