BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost)

Under a General Engineering Service Contract, Metric provided design and planning services to the City of Coral Gables
for drainage improvements, site design, safety studies, intersection analysis, access management and roadway
improvements. The Miracle Mile roadway improvement project involved the development of design alternatives to
reconfigure travel lanes, on-street parking and sidewalks in order to enhance the downtown business area between
LeJuene Road and Douglas Road. Streetscaping and sidewalk improvements were developed to accommodate outdoor
cafes while maintaining the character of the Coral Gables downtown. Project activities included preparation of conceptual
engineering plans, public information meetings, and stakeholder meetings with the Downtown Business District agents in
order to reach consensus for the planned improvements. Metric's Fee: $250,000

25.
