FTE's Qualifications I III SCHEDULING FTE is committed to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a quality project on schedule. FTE values the importance of meeting milestone dates, review dates, and final submittal dates with immediate response. We also understand that a schedule is intended not only for the consultant, but also for the City to coordinate their resources for reviewing submittals and for reporting to other City members. FTE is committed to meeting the City's schedule and budget requirements, as well as, assign the most qualified staff to carry out the work received under this project. COST CONTROL Costs will be controlled by innovative concepts that will be discussed during the project. It is our policy to provide the most of value engineering concepts through cost-effectiveness for the conditions given, FTE have demonstrated these capabilities on previous projects of this type. Cost control is provided through a custom accounting system software, which tracks project costs and provides project performance and billing information. FTE's Project Managers uses this accounting information and project status to track performance on a regular basis. The accounting software system was designed after a careful review of both FTE's needs and the needs of our client base. FTE tailors the system to perform based on a lump sum fee or cost-plus-a fixed-fee basis. '" ,~ .. , l t" , .. ~ FTE is committed to providing accurate, error-free documents and reports for all products related with each task assigned as part of this contract. We are aware that high level of quality expected from the traffic engineering consultants to the general public is paramount. This plan includes as a minimum the following issues to ensure that the production meets accuracy and timeliness: · Check and balances. · Progress Report Monitoring · Solutions that comply with FOOT standards. · Deal with errors-omissions. . Verification of accuracy of data collection equipment, and field procedures. Training of staff in compliance with QA/QC procedures updated standards and methodologies. Integrated reviews of all work measurement levels, field observations, guidelines, plans, goals, etc. . Filing documentation with internal monitoring and audits of production . Cost Control .......~ To meet this goal FTE has constructed a Quality Control Plan that utilizes the principals in the Shewhart Cycle. FTE expanded on this theory and created a plan that allows one to develop Quality Control practices on a company wide scale and for specialized projects.
