<br />FTE's Qualifications I III <br /> <br />Traffic Data Collection FTE inventoried more that 2000 miles of roadways and <br />performed volume, speed, and classifications counts for all FOOT districts with over <br />3,000 stations collected in the past 5 years year. Just this year, FTE collected traffic <br />counts for over 400 stations in South Florida and over 50 Turning Movement Counts. <br />Other recent accomplishments within large data collection contracts includes traffic <br />data collection of over 100 ramps and the 1-95 express lane origin-destination survey <br />in Broward and Palm Beach, <br /> <br /> <br />FTE has in-depth knowledge and is fully acquainted with the data collection tasks, <br />formats and the ability to collect accurate traffic data within south Florida's unique heavy traffic conditions, <br />which requires a Team with commitment, fast response, and its own resources to perform these activities. <br /> <br />'APPROA.CHT9TH~ROADW~Y.~E~lqN.'S~RVI<?E";' '. ,:' :, ':: ..i1,..... " , <br /> <br />As part of projects that consider roadway design, constructability, and feasibility products, FTE as a lead <br />company developing pre-PD&E scoping reports for District 6 has developed skills preparing reports for long <br />range transportation projects to assess either requirements for Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR) <br />of Streets and Highways with the objective of preserving or extending the life of the existing pavement or <br />projects to improving capacity, improving operating characteristics, and general safety modifications. <br /> <br />Traffic Calming FTE's project managers has participated in several projects and <br />Master Plans involving traffic calming studies and designs multiple of traffic calming <br />features within the City of Coral Gables, City of South Miami, and City of Miami. <br />Currently, FTE is working in the reconversion of two signalized intersection in two <br />roundabouts along Old Cutler Road (SW 8th Avenue and SW 9th Avenue) for Miami <br />Dade County (PMs Jeff Cohen/David Hays/Vishnu Rajkumar). Our <br />most recent design service includes Opa-Locka Airpport traffic signal design at <br />LeJeune Road and Curtis Road, Santa Barbara Blvd and Pines Island Road signalization <br />design, Signalization design for US Southern Command Headquarter Expansion. <br /> <br />Pedestrian/Bicycle Facilities FTE has the depth of experience appropriate for the planning and design of <br />possible proposed Bike Trails and bike paths or bike lanes that shared the road with traffic, The FTE's team is <br />currently participating includes the modification of signalized intersections to roundabouts with adjacent bike <br />paths corridors along Old Cutler Road. All designs shall be in accordance with FOOT Structures Design Manual, <br />AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications, and AASHTO Manual for Condition Evaluation of Bridges, PPM, latest <br />FDOT Standards, and Miami-Dade Public Works Department specifications. <br /> <br />Cost Estimate FTE will be able to prepare conceptual design plans and construction cost estimates for each <br />preliminary design alternative considering either the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Miami-Dade and FOOT pay items. <br /> <br />Professional Engineering Ser'-ilces .- RFQ#10-04'Ol <br /> <br />7 <br />
