HE's Qualifications J III TRANSPORTATION MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES Mapping, GIS and Drafting Services FTE Team has participated in multiple projects involving database management with GIS applications for FDOT, Counties and private entities. This Team has always been at the vanguard of GIS applications for the Districts. Among the latest application for database management and database integration developed by FTE are: The 2008 FDOT D-6 pavement condition web application · The 2005 rail-crossing inventories, The 2004 Bridge inventory applications, FOOT D6, FOOT D6/18- kips update application, the D4 ATLAS Application Maps, basemap reconciliations for FOOT District 1,4,6, and 7. In-house Support In-house or on-site support for the City of Sunny Isles Beach requires key personnel with the expertise and professionalism to work side-by-side with the City officials. The FTE Team has prepared several employees to be an extension of City during multiple activities. The City recognized FTE's project manager as a pro-active engineer and a champion for the City. FTE's Team staff has been recognized as competent professionals by multiple agencies able to provide services the services requested and fully familiar with the different daily activities of the transportation consultant services. The performance and support from the FTE Team has always been timely, accurate, and well recognized by our clients. Public Involvement FTE has extensive experience participating in public and private meetings with communities such as FDOT, Miami-Dade County, and various Cities. FTE latest experience regarding public involvement includes; · Presentations, Charrettes, and briefings for public officials and property owners to determine the best solution for problems such as traffic impacts, traffic calming, circulation, and access management . Multiple meetings representing our clients with officials such as Miami-Dade County urban Planning Department that hire us to determine possible traffic solutions in the East Kendall area in which major FOOT corridors like Kendall Drive, Galloway Road can be improved through mass transit projects in conjunction with traffic calming alternatives for minor streets Feasibility Modeling FTE is known for our ability to develop innovative and sound solutions to address macro and micro transportation issues, present and future. Our experience include developing accurate and credible traffic forecasts for some of challenging modeling projects using CUBE, SERPM 6.5, or FSUTMS.
