<br />On behalf of NUTIING ENGINEERS OF FLORIDA, INC., I would like to thank you for the opportunity to present our
<br />qualifications to you in response to the Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services. In this submittal
<br />we will be presenting our qualifications to provide Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials testing services,
<br />Structural Inspections and Environmental Assessment Services.

<br />NUTIING'S Doral office/laboratory will be responsible for servicing the projects for this contract. Our Boynton office is
<br />able to provide back-up services, if needed. Having multiple offices enables us to better serve our clients' needs in a

<br />inspections and environmental services to thousands of municipal projects throughout South Florida. The success of our

<br />protocols to provide our services as requested by The City of Sunny Isles Beach. These contracts are all qualifications
<br />based selections (CCNA) most dating back twenty years of continuous service. Based on this experience, we are very
<br />familiar Florida's regulatory agencies codes and regulations.

<br />guard rails), bridges, parking lots and garages, drainage systems, city halls and municipal buildings, parks, recreational

<br />facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, water storage facilities, courthouses, industrial parks, mining
<br />operations, shopping centers, residential communities, hotels, assisted-living facilities, high-rise condominiums and office
<br />towers, and communication towers.
