FINANCIAL STATUS Nutting Engineers of Florida, Inc. has been in business continually in South Florida for the past 43 years. Nutting has never filed for bankruptcy, nor has there been any liens placed against the company. Due to the economic downturn within the last 2 '12 years, Nutting has not grown in revenue, but we have managed to steadily maintain approximately $6 million per year in revenue. We have included a quarterly balance sheet from the first quarter of 2010 for review by the evaluation committee. However, Nutting is a privately owned company and due to this fact, we wish for these documents to remain Confidential and not be submitted for public record. Should The City of Sunny Isles require compete financial statements, they can be provided under separate sealed cover, marked CONFIDENTIAL for the inspection and examination by the appropriate staff prior to evaluation rating. ENGINEER IN CHARGE Mr. Paul Catledge, P.E. will be the primary contact person responsible for this contract. He will be your main contact person for all projects assigned to Nutting Engineers. As Senior Engineer and the Miami Division Manager, Mr. Catledge assumes responsibility for engineering projects as well as our in-house Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/Qc) program and has the authority to oversee this contract. Mr. Rick Wohlfarth, P.E., Principal of our firm will provide project overview and consultation on all projects. With over 21 years experience, Mr. Wohlfarth reviews all geotechnical reports and materials testing reports before they are completed and mailed to the client. This "double signature" policy on reports serves as better quality control for the company and enables a principal/owner to review every final report before it is delivered to the client.
