BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br /> <br />SRS conducted a hydraulic analysis of the proposed <br />force main to determine size of line and to verify <br />compliance with previously prepared Annex Area <br />Water and Sewer Master Plan, Prepared <br />construction documents for the construction of a <br />8.43 MGD regional/booster sewer pump station <br />consisting of a two-story wet/dry well building with <br />four 470-HP pumps, electrical control systems, <br />telemetry, odor control system, and backup <br />generator, The Pump Station has capacity to serve <br />the entire annexed area bounded by NW 138th <br />Street (south), 1-75 (east), NW 107th Avenue (west), <br />and NW 170th Street to the north, and flows from <br />Pump Stations 150, 152, 153, 154, 155, and 156; <br />tributary portions of the gravity sewer system at point <br />of connect <br /> <br />The project also included a meter station to measure <br />flow out of station and the design of approximately <br />3,060 LF of force main pipeline (24 to 36 inch <br />diameter) from pump station to point of connection <br />with existing MDWASD force main at NW 87th <br />Avenue and W. 80th Street. <br /> <br />c.
