BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br /> <br />SRS is currently engaged in the rendering of <br />engineering design, preparation of construction <br />documents, plans permitting (Miami-Dade County <br />Public Works, DERM, SFWMD, & FDOT), <br />pre-construction phase support services to the City <br />of Hialeah for the construction of NW 138th Street <br />between 1-75 and N.W, 107th Avenue. The work <br />includes the preparation of designs for the <br />construction of drainage improvements, street <br />lighting and signalization, together with the design of <br />a new 50' wide canal including culverts and a canal <br />wall along the north side of NW 138th Street <br />between NW 97th Avenue and 1-75, The new design <br />includes a 6-lane divided roadway, double left turns <br />and deceleration lanes, and signalized intersections <br />at NW 97th Avenue, NW 102nd Avenue, and NW <br />107th Avenue.
