BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />SRS supplied engineering and technical personnel <br />on an as needed basis to the City of Miami to <br />provide Construction Engineering and Observation <br />Services for the administration of several <br />construction projects throughout the City of Miami. <br />For this project, SRS provided full-time on-site <br />inspection personnel and supervisor for the duration <br />of the construction. <br /> <br />The specific tasks involved in the project included: <br />drainage improvements, curb and gutter <br />replacement, sidewalk replacement, milling and <br />resurfacing, traffic signal improvements, construction <br />coordination, supervision of inspectors, scheduling <br />and attending construction meetings, monitoring <br />contractor's work, reviewing and processing <br />contractor applications for payment, maintenance of <br />daily project journal with photographs, administration <br />of changed work, problem resolution, requesting and <br />reviewing material testing, coordinating with engineer <br />of record as, coordinating with utility companies and <br />project closeout. <br /> <br />c.
