BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br /> <br />SRS prepared the site civil engineering design <br />plans and specifications for the construction <br />of four new fire rescue stations for <br />Miami-Dade County. Services rendered <br />included the design of site utilities (water, fire <br />and sewer), parking area paving and grading, <br />site grading, and drainage plans. Work <br />included preparation of ERP permits for <br />wetlands and DERM coastal permits. <br />SRS also coordinated with local regulatory <br />agencies to obtain approvals on utility <br />connections, prepared and submitted plans <br />and applications for "dry-run" and final review <br />by regulatory agencies, and attended project <br />meetings and pre-design field site visits. <br />Construction Phase services included weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop <br />drawings, responding to RFI's, providing <br />periodic construction observations, and <br />preparing close-out documents. <br />Stations included: <br />-Homestead Fire Rescue Station No. 16 <br />-Doral North Fire Rescue Station No. 69 <br />-Model Cities Fire Rescue Station No.2 <br />-Sunny Isles Beach Fire Resc.
