BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />SRS provided the engineering design, <br />permitting and construction phase services of <br />a pedestrian/bike path I access road, parking <br />area, and canoe ramp. The project is located <br />within Chapman Field Park from Old Cutler <br />Road to approximately 3/4 mile east into the <br />park. The work included the geometric design <br />of the pedestrian/bike paths and parking loti <br />design site paving, grading, and drainage <br />plans. Coordinating the work with other <br />subconsultants including Surveyors, <br />Geotechnical, Structural Engineers and <br />environmental consultants. Our scope of work <br />also included preparing and submitting permit <br />applications and construction plans for <br />"dry-run" and "final" review by local <br />regulatory agencies including Miami-Dade <br />County Building Department, Miami-Dade <br />Public Works Dept., and DERM; as well as, <br />Environment Resources Permit (ERP) for <br />costal construction and impacts to wetlands <br />and mangroves. <br />Construction Phase services included weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop <br />drawings, responding to RFI's, providing <br />periodic construction observations, and <br />preparing close-out documents. <br /> <br />c.
