<br />John Kim has experience in traffic engineering and land use planning since 1996. Mr. Kim's tenure with McMahon
<br />Associates has provided him with a vast amount of experience managing a myriad of projects for both private and public
<br />sector clients that includes the preparation of traffic impact studies, traffic signal warrant analysis, traffic calming studies,
<br />bicycle/pedestrian studies and bicycle lane design, concurrency analysis, site plan review and design, future land use
<br />amendment studies and parking demand analysis. His tenure as the Section Head of the Traffic Concurrency Section with
<br />the Traffic Engineering Division of Miami-Dade County included managing the Traffic Concurrency Management Program for
<br />the County. His experience during this tenure includes the review of traffic impact studies, Developments of Regional Impact
<br />(DRI), large and small scale future land use amendment applications and land development projects.
