<br />Julio Alegre has experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering for private and public sector clients since 1997.
<br />His involvement has covered a wide range of public and private sector planning/engineering projects, which have included traffic
<br />access and circulation studies for major retail/commercial, industrial, office and institutional land uses; traffic impact studies for
<br />various land use development applications, parking studies, roundabout evaluation, traffic safety studies, traffic signal warrant
<br />studies and preliminary design, signage design, as well as corridor development studies. He has been responsible for the
<br />management, client liaison and quality control elements on numerous District and Statewide projects for the Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FOOT), Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA), Delaware Department of
<br />Transportation (DeIDOT), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), and the District of Columbia.
