<br />Tony Chu's transportation engineering and signal design experience began in 1998. Prior to joining McMahon, Mr. Chu was
<br />part of the Systems Timing Group from the North Carolina Department of Transportation. His experience includes providing
<br />traffic engineering services to private and public sector clients, including traffic operational analysis, traffic impact studies,
<br />Development of Regional Impact (DRI) studies, qualitative assessment studies, data collection, crash analysis intersection
<br />capacity analysis, pedestrian crossing studies, traffic signal design, traffic signal warrant analysis, crash analysis and traffic
<br />study review. Mr. Chu's software experience includes TSIS/CORSIM, HCS2000, Signal 2000, SYNCHRO 7, TSPPD,
<br />TRANSYT-7F, FREQ, Oasis, Streetwise, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS ArcView, Arclnfo and ArcGIS.
