<br />Hui Zhao has transportation engineering experience since 2007. He provides transportation engineering services, such as
<br />performing highway capacity analyses and transportation modeling; performing project traffic forecasting; drafting traffic
<br />impact study reports; providing GIS-related services to the clients; and assisting project managers in preparation for public
<br />meetings. Prior to joining McMahon, Hui Zhao worked as a graduate research assistant with the Lehman Center for
<br />Transportation Research and was a teaching assistant of a GIS class at Florida International University. Mr. Zhao's software
<br />experience includes ArcView/ArcGIS, FSUTMS, TSIS/CORSIM, HCS+, SYNCHRO, TRANSYT-7F, and IDAS. Hui received
<br />the 2007 ITE Outstanding Student Chapter Award internationally, while as Social Coordinator of this Chapter at Florida
<br />International University; and the 1st place of ITE Gold Coast Chapter Book Scholarship Award in the Spring of 2007.
