PROJECT OWNER <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />The project is located in the City of Sunny Isles Beach, in Miami-Dade County and consists of approximately 3,000 <br />linear feet of roadway, swales, and sidewalks extending from Collins Avenue to the end of Atlantic Boulevard. By <br />means of a Special Assessment, the completed project will service 62 residences on an island with new water <br />mains, sanitary sewer, and under grounding of electrical power, cable television, and telephone. In addition, <br />drainage improvements including curb and gutter, retention areas, pollution retardant devices, and a storm water <br />collection system were constructed. Services, such as electric power, water, and sewer were financed by the City at <br />the current rate of interest over a period of15 years. <br /> <br /> 25.
