Current projects in the program include <br />various FP&L utility relocations, sea wall replacement, new city hall governmental facility, new active park facility, <br />pedestrian bridge study, roadway reconstruction and traffic calming, decorative street lighting installation, new <br />parking lot construction, landscaping improvements, resident-only parking facilities, drainage improvements, and <br />assistance with grant applications. <br /> <br />CGA has provided land planning and development services to this emerging City as well as general engineering <br />services, GIS, traffic engineering, and grants management. <br /> <br /> 25.
