<br />TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design,
<br />contract administration and threshold inspection services for the $52 million,
<br />25-story, oceanfront 5-star luxury resort condo/hotel tower. Situated on
<br />almost two acres on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the 660,000 square foot, 333
<br />unit development offers world-class hotel amenities and services that include
<br />expansive balconies with magnificent ocean views, state-of-the art security
<br />and telecommunications, a sixth floor pool deck overlooking the Atlantic
<br />Ocean with two spas, poolside cabanas, fitness center, poolside restaurant
<br />and indoor/outdoor bar. The ground floor features include commercial/retail
<br />spaces, an Oceanside bistro, a 424-space covered parking garage, a 2,700
<br />square foot, 200-seat ballroom and meeting facilities.
