<br />JAVIER RODRIGUEZ, PE <br /> <br />Sunrise Boulevard and 16th Avenue - FDOT, District 4 <br />Project Engineer - FOOT mini-contract produced complete roadway plans <br />Bus Shelter Design-Build Criteria Package - City of Lauderdale Lakes, FL <br />This assignment included establishing design criteria for the shelters, utility coordination, coordination with FDOT, <br />coordination with Broward County Transit and determination of available right of way. <br />NW 44th Street Improvements - City of Sunrise, FL <br />Project Manager and Engineer of Record - The scope of this project consists of the enhancement of an existing swale <br />conveyance system as well as improvements to the existing streetscape with the addition of a sidewalk feature along the <br />project limits. <br />Old Davie School Improvements - Town of Davie, FL <br />Project Manager - The scope of this project consists of drainage, parking and utility improvements for an historical school <br />(now converted to a museum) and adjacent park property. <br />NW 87th Avenue Traffic Study - FDOT, District 6 (FM No. 405615-3-52-01) <br />Engineer of Record - The scope included a traffic study including traffic counts to determine the optimal geometrics, traffic <br />operations and signal warrants for 8 intersections. <br />SR 80 (Southern Boulevard) - FDOT, District 4 (FM No. 229499-1-52-01) <br />Project Manager. The project included roadway design, signing and pavement markings, signalization, lighting, utility <br />relocation and landscaping and irrigation design. <br />SR 7/Sunrise Boulevard Lighting Design - City of Lauderhill, FL <br />Project Manager - This project consisted of roadway lighting design for SR 7 (US 441) at Sunrise Boulevard. The project <br />also involved procuring a permit from FDOT. <br />Town of Southwest Ranches Traffic Study - Town of Southwest Ranches, FL <br />Project Manager/Engineer of Record . Responsible for determining the best traffic calming practices, including volume <br />studies and speed studies. <br />Keystone Point Neighborhood Traffic Study - City of North Miami, FL <br />Project Manager - The study's objective was to determine the number of vehicles traveling above the speed limit and overall <br />traffic speeds throughout the neighborhood. <br />Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) Engineer Services - Broward County, FL <br />District Engineer. Responsibilities include ensuring that all site plans comply with CBWCD engineering criteria, review and <br />evaluate requests for variances, provide technical support to CBWCD Board during public hearings for variances request. <br />Devine Park - Town of Davie, FL <br />Project Engineer - Permitting entities include the Town of Davie, Central Broward Water Control District and Broward <br />County Health Department. <br />Hialeah Public Works Site Plan - City of Hialeah, FL <br />Engineer of Record responsible for the site remodeling, demolition and reconstruction phase in the City of Hialeah Water <br />and Sewer Department Complex. The project includes extensive utility coordination to coincide with construction phasing for <br />the project, new site layout, new exfiltration trench drainage system and design of new water and sewer facilities. <br />Tiger Tail South Side of Lake Parking. Broward College - Broward County, FL <br />Project Manager - Design the development of a two acre recreational facility parking addition. <br />Coral Springs Aquatic Complex Parking Lot - City of Coral Springs, FL <br />Project Manager in charge to provide engineering design services for the addition of parking spaces. <br />EPD (Environmental Protection Department) Laboratory Green Building - Broward County Engineering <br />Project Manager - The scope of this project included drainage design, signage, permitting and utility coordination <br />BC& FAU A.
