At RJ Behar, Mr. Rodriguez is the Director of Civil <br />Engineering and oversees all aspects of design and construction document preparation. This assignment involves serving as Town of Davie Engineering <br />Department Staff. <br />Town Engineer - Town of Southwest Ranches, FL <br />Town Engineer - Responsibilities include review of all building permits, fill permits, develop <br />cost estimates for the Town's capital improvement budget and represent the Town on all <br />engineer matters. <br />1-75/Griffin Road Interchange Study - Town of Southwest Ranches, FL <br />Develop geometric concepts for the 1-75/Griffin Road interchange. <br />SR 7/Sunrise Boulevard Construction Inspection - City of Lauderhill, FL <br />Project Manager - This project involved the widening and reconstruction of this major <br />urban arterial intersection and was accomplished through an agreement between the <br />FDOT and the City. It included extensive utility coordination, resulting from the widening <br />of SR 7. The project also involved drainage improvements, signalization, lighting and a <br />complex Maintenance of Traffic plan including periodic lane closures. <br />Sistrunk Boulevard (From Federal Highway to 27th Avenue) - City of Fort <br />Lauderdale, FL <br />Project Manager - The scope involved streetscape, traffic calming and extensive public <br />involvement, and water line replacement. <br />NW 7th/9th Avenue Connector (PD&E) Study - City of Fort Lauderdale, FL <br />Assistant Project Manager - The scope included environmental documents, alignment <br />alternatives analysis, and corridor analysis and right-of-way relocation plan. <br />NW 7th/9th Avenue Connector (Design) - City of Fort Lauderdale, FL <br />Project Manager - The scope of this project includes signalization, drainage design, <br />signing pavement marking and permitting as well as public involvement coordination. <br />City Engineer - City of Lauderdale Lakes, FL <br />City Engineer - The project consists of providing professional civil engineering <br />consultation regarding plan development reviews and associated engineering activities <br />and weekly inspection services. <br />Citywide Resurfacing Inspection - City of Coral Springs, FL <br />Project Manager - Supervised inspection on 15 miles of street resurfacing. <br />Sunrise Lakes Boulevard Improvements - City of Sunrise, FL <br />Engineer of Record - The improvements included the addition of "Valley Gutter" on the <br />outside edges of pavement and the reconstruction of the median, milling and resurfacing, <br />installation of new pavement markings/signage and aesthetic treatments at three <br />intersections. <br />Battersea and Douglas Drainage Improvement - City of Miami, FL <br />Drainage Engineer for the drainage improvements for a residential street intersection.
