BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size. and cost) <br /> <br />RJ Behar has been contracted by the Town of Davie to provide <br />engineering design services for the Devine Estates property located at <br />3000 S. Flamingo Road in Davie, Florida. The scope of this project <br />consists of a multiuse typical equestrian and/or recreational trail and horse <br />crossing within the Town of Davie. <br /> <br />RJ Behar will convert a portion of the Devine Estates Tree Nursery into an <br />equestrian park. Site elements include a multiuse pedestrian- equestrian <br />trail, a gazebo overlooking the existing pond, design of a drainfield for the <br />proposed bathrooms, horse trailer parking, and a staging area for patrons <br />and enclosure of the remaining tree nursery with associated maintenance <br />access.
