He has more than 25 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, and has been working on major <br />assignments for the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, Miami-Dade <br />County Public Works; Water and Sewer; Aviation and Seaport Departments, Miami-Dade and Broward <br />County Public Schools, United State Postal Service, City of Miami and other local cities and municipalities, <br />managing assignments involving major transportation projects, utilities relocation, roadway reconstruction <br />and right-of-way improvement, airport apron pavement design and reconstruction. In supporting major <br />national architecture firms Mr. Olivares has also worked on major site development projects including hotels, <br />schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. <br /> <br />Proposed Personnel: <br /> <br />Rudy M. Ortiz, P.E., CGC - CEO / Principal in Charge <br />Mr. Ortiz has over 25 years of design and management experience in a variety of civil engineering areas, <br />specializing in the design and construction management of neighborhood improvement projects, and <br />water/wastewater facilities. Mr. Ortiz's experience also includes Program Management of fast-track and <br />complex water and wastewater projects, including Consent Decree programs for Miami-Dade County <br />and Puerto Rico.
