<br />Werner A. Reinefeld, P.E. - Design Engineer
<br />Mr. Reinefeld has over 20 years of experience in the fields of civil and infrastructure engineering, project
<br />management, design, construction, computer-aided design and land development. His experience includes
<br />earthworks, road systems, hydrological and hydraulic studies and modeling, water and wastewater facilities,
<br />sewerage system, storm water and drainage, oil contaminated water, site audits permitting feasibility
<br />studies, proposal preparation and land development projects. Mr. Reinefeld's skills include projects in
<br />regards to planning, coordinating technical issues, cost control, quality assurance and quality control,
<br />suppliers, local authorities, marketing, and sales.
<br />
<br />Mr. Reinefeld has experience in a wide range of pipeline, roadway, land development design, inspection,
<br />water and wastewater treatment, master planning, and storm water planning for both small and large
<br />projects.. He has prepared construction drawings and specifications for water pipelines, force mains, gravity
<br />sewers, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. His assignments have required a great
<br />deal of coordination and knowledge in the detailed permitting requirements of city, county, state, and
<br />federal agencies. In the past years, Mr. Reinefeld has been involved extensively in environmental permitting
<br />at all levels of government agencies.

<br />Gustavo A. Eckardt, P.E. - Project Engineer
<br />Mr. Eckardt has over 8 years of engineering experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering
<br />specializing in the design and preparation of projects including stormwater drainage, roadway, and transit rail
<br />station projects. His knowledge and professional background qualifies him as a Project Engineer with
<br />experience not only in design but also in contract documents and administration, payment requisitions,
<br />change negotiations, sub-consultant's invoice review, general management and interface with private and
<br />public sectors, as well as liaison between owner and contractor.

<br />Stephen Manis, P.E., LEED AP@ - Sr. Project Manager
<br />Mr. Manis has over 30 years of experience in the Project Management & Engineering field. He has
<br />managed/supervised numerous projects related to civil, environmental, water, and wastewater treatment.
<br />Mr. Manis has proven success in the oversight and direct delivery of the design, permitting, cost preparation,
<br />and reporting in several different capacities of his project management positions.
<br />Mr. Manis has managed and supervised a group of engineers, engineering interns, and technical staff that
<br />designed and permitted site development projects, including residential, commercial and industrial land
<br />development; local government site development projects; civil construction projects for the military; and
<br />site development for institutions facilities. He was responsible for client development, management,
<br />performed storm-water management analysis, and studies. He handled the master planning and hydraulic
<br />modeling for water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Mr. Manis obtained the site and
<br />environmental permitting through local governments, State Water Management Districts, U,S. Army Corps of
<br />Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Florida Department of Health.

<br />Jose A. Compres, P.E. - Structural Engineer
<br />Mr. Com pres has over 13 years of experience in civil engineering including overall structural, project
<br />construction design and engineering processes with demonstrated experience in Engineering Design, Project
<br />Development, General Contracting, and Construction Management. Mr. Com pres has been involved in all
<br />aspects of construction projects from conceptual design to project closeout. His responsibilities included pre-
<br />qualifying contractors, bid and award, monitoring the quality of work performed during construction,
<br />processing and responding to RFl's, review and address change orders, track and monitor the quantity of
<br />materials, track and maintain schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders. Being a
<br />professional engineer, Mr. Com pres has also worked closely to develop biddable plans for both horizontal
<br />and vertical projects.
