Caraballo - Project Manager <br />Mr. Caraballo has over 7 years of experience in a variety of civil and environmental engineering project <br />delivery including, air permitting, paving and drainage project, Class IV Freshwater Wetland Permitting, and <br />South Florida Water Management District Environmental Resources Permitting. He has been able to take <br />projects from the conception stage through a successful completion. <br /> <br />Aleem Uddin - Testing Laboratory Manager / Quality Engineer <br />Mr. Uddin has over 9 years of engineering and materials testing experience working with federal, state and <br />local governments, where he coordinated testing and implementation of international standards <br />specifications such as outlined in ASTM, ACI, FAA, FDOT, CTQP standards to ensure regulatory compliance. <br />Mr. Uddin is certified and experienced in soil, concrete and asphalt inspection as per FOOT CTQP standards. <br />He has successfully completed projects in the areas of planning, permitting, construction, pavement, <br />concrete, operations and maintenance, and an array of other industrial engineering fields. <br /> <br />Ashraf Iqbal, E.I. - Assistant Laboratory Manager <br />Mr. Iqbal has over 5 years of Civil Engineering Experience. He has performed work on Miami Dade county <br />projects, Broward County projects, and worked with research at Florida International University. Mr. Iqbal <br />has coursework in hazardous waste materials, wastewater treatment, highway and bridge design, as well as <br />Air Pollution Control. <br /> <br />Vanise J. Ford - Construction Inspector <br />Ms. Ford has over 12 years of experience in the field of construction and construction inspections. She has <br />participated in the construction and construction management of underground utilities including water main <br />installation, sanitary sewer force main installation, sanitary sewer gravity main installation, sanitary sewer lift <br />station construction, storm sewer installation, and storm sewer pump station construction. Ms. Ford is also <br />well equipped in producing accurate documentation in the aspect of Quality Control and Quality Assurance <br />Construction Documentation. <br /> <br />Raul Ontano - Project Manager/Quality Control Representative <br />Mr. Ontano has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Ontano possesses a Masters in <br />Architecture with relevant coursework in Building Codes, Educational Facilities, Truss Calculation and Design, <br />Construction Management, and General Contractor. Mr. Ontano also has working knowledge of both Private <br />and Government facilities. <br /> <br />Masoud Ghasemloian - Construction Manager/Lead Building Inspector <br />Mr. Ghasemloian has over 12 years of combined experience in the construction industry and has conducted <br />threshold inspections, structural, fire stopping, and fireproofing inspections for the South Terminal Expansion <br />Program at Miami International Airport to ensure and verify that all contractors comply with specifications <br />and permitted plans.
