<br />professional engineering and construction management services to private and municipal clients in The State of Florida. CES
<br />is authorized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to offer professional engineering services
<br />in the state of Florida, and holds MBE certifications from the following agencies: Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, Dade
<br />County School Board, Broward County School Board, Palm Beach County School District, North Broward District Hospital,
<br />South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, Jacksonville Small Business Enterprise,
<br />City of Tampa MBE, City of Orlando MBE, Palm Beach County SBE, City of West Palm Beach SBE and u.s. Small Business

<br />The firm's professional staff have over 100 years of combined experience in a variety of disciplines including:

<br />CES key personnel comprises of a diverse group of engineering professionals and construction experts with an emphasis in
<br />quality of work and client satisfaction. Our senior staff brings over 65 years of combined experience in civil, environmental
<br />and structural engineering. The firm's staff experience includes design and construction management for over $150 million
<br />of roadway and neighborhood improvement projects in New York City; Program manager for the $250 million
<br />infiltration/infiltration/inflow program for Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department; and Program manager for the
<br />$lbillion pump station improvement program for Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. This program consisted of
<br />planning, preparation of basis of design reports, design, permitting, and construction phase services for over 900 pump
<br />station and over 100 miles gravity and force main lines. Further Construction Management experience has been with the
<br />Department of Veterans Affairs in Miami totaling over $3 million dollars as a Prime Contractor on various projects. We
<br />have also performed Quality Control on Several School Board Projects in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County as well as
<br />Dade County Sports and Entertainment Complexes such as The American Airlines Arena and The Performing Arts Center.

<br />CES has a state-of-the-art materials testing and inspection laboratory located in Miami, FL Our mission is to deliver
<br />outstanding Material Testing, and Inspection Services.

<br />CES works in conjunction with owners, professional design teams and contractors to assure conformance with project
<br />specifications. Our firm has an excellent proven track record of performance, and prompt response to testing and
<br />inspection services. Our services include a full range of soil, concrete, and asphalt testing. We also offer detailed Inspection
<br />Services as well as on Site Consulting for Commercial/Residential, Private Sector, Federal Government, and Municipalities.

<br />Construction Management
<br />
<br />CES's experienced professionals offer various areas of expertise in Construction Management. Our firm has completed
<br />various projects with clients such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers, U.s. NAVY, Veterans Administration, United
<br />States Air Force, and the Department of Homeland Security to name a few. Our Construction Management team provides
<br />exceptional quality service to all of our clients. During a remedial action activities at a site, CES participated in first clearing
<br />and grubbing the entire site to remove 1,056 tons of concrete debris materials, approximately 800 tons of root mat and
<br />root ball materials that were deemed to be in contact with the ash waste, and solid waste (trash).
