We have performed comparative cost <br />analysis of systems and value engineering studies in response to claims for a wide range of public and private clients. We <br />have offered cost estimation on several projects. <br /> <br />./ Miami Mover Extension at Miami International Airport. - The people mover system is a light rail mover system <br />operating between the Miami International Airport, The Intermodal Center and the Rental Car Center. This system <br />will move passenger for a 1.3 mile distance in less than 4 minutes. The cost estimated by our firm was $267 Million. <br /> <br />./ Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center in Jacksonville Florida (JRTC) - JRTC is a new facility which will integrate <br />the Jacksonville Transit Authority bus lines with the Skyway and the local Greyhound station. This location will <br />include the relocation of the Amtrak station to the historic Union Terminal adding even greater connectivity and <br />commuter rail operations in the future. The cost estimated by our firm with Turner Construction was $180 million. <br /> <br />./ Department of Veterans Affairs - The Veterans Hospital in Miami, Key West, Hollywood, Oakland Park, and Orlando <br />has required several extensive renovations to existing facilities as well as many minor projects. CES has performed <br />as the Prime Contractor on all of these projects supplying cost estimation, scheduling and construction <br />management. Projects estimated total over $3.5 million in the past 3 years. <br /> <br />./ Pavarini Construction (School Board prajects for Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach) - School Board Projects have <br />consisted of new facilities, renovations, and additions, Cost Estimation performed by CES included Construction <br />Management, Quality Control, and Assistant Project Management. Earthwork <br /> <br />CES performs proper laboratory testing and analysis of soils to determine their physical properties. This is an integral part <br />of design and construction of structural foundations. We are committed to provide the soil laboratory results to our client <br />within the prescribed time limit in order to move on to the next phase of construction without any delay. <br /> <br />Concrete. Aggregate. And Masonry Work <br /> <br />Our ACI Certified Technicians and Inspectors service all phases of construction, and tilt up panels. CES' concrete experience <br />ranges from small pours to complicated slabs to bridge decks. All concrete cylinders and cubes are cast and processed <br />according to the ASTM and AASTO specifications.
