<br />Experience: Lynn is a senior environmental scientist. She conducts natural resource and ecological evaluations for both public- and
<br />private-sector projects in freshwater ecosystems, marine ecosystems, and terrestrial habitats. She specializes in endangered and
<br />threatened species survey, coordination and habitat management, wetland permitting, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
<br />compliance (environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, categorical exclusions, and finding of no significant
<br />impact). Lynn has a strong working knowledge of all Florida ecosystems and the related issues associated with effects to these
<br />resources. She routinely works with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection
<br />(FDEP), FDOT, and various Florida water management districts.
