The design provided <br />power, lighting, telephone, data, CCTV, and fire alarm system to the tenants and parking areas in <br />coordination with other disciplines, Power and telecom systems were coordinated with the <br />corresponding Utilities for service entrances connection. The design consisted of <br />power distribution, data / telephone, security, signs, HVAC, lighting, elevators, stairs, fire alarm, fire <br />pumps, emergency generation, and lighting protection. <br />
