<br />Venco Engineering Company, LLC is a growing firm. The on-site staff specializes in Architectural
<br />Design, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Geotechnical, and Plumbing Engineering. The staff
<br />is extremely qualified and experienced and our employees offer a wealth of experience to our
<br />clients.

<br />Our Team has provided services on virtually all types of projects. Our experience with
<br />government facilities, at the municipal, county, state and federal level is extensive and gives us an
<br />understanding of current guidelines, working parameters and compliance with the latest Building
<br />codes. We have a Team in place that can facilitate your Engineering service needs which includes,
<br />Structural, Civil, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical and Inspection Services. We are aware of
<br />our strengths and can easily adapt to working with other companies if the need for Teaming or
<br />partnering should arise.

<br />Venco Engineering was formed in 2008. The President, Mr. Diego R. Passarella, P.E. worked
<br />previously for Columbia Engineering, which was an affiliate company of CAPRI Engineering
<br />Enterprises. Mr, Passarella joined CAPRI Engineering in 2003 and one year later, he was asked to
<br />be the president of the Columbia Engineering Division. He was a valued member of their team for
<br />over 4 years. In 2008, NOVA Engineering (an Atlanta based firm) merged with CAPRI and
<br />Columbia was dismantled, At that time, Mr. Passarella decided to branch out and he formed
<br />Venco Engineering with Mr. Michael Drannan.

<br />Mr. Michael Drannan has over 25 years operational experience in the field of Engineering,
<br />Construction, Testing, Inspection, and corporate development. During the last 25 years, he has
<br />gained extensive experience as a senior manager and business owner for projects in all areas of
<br />infrastructure, roads, and building construction. These include single family homes, apartments
<br />(high rise, mid, and small buildings), office/administrative buildings (all sizes), industrial
<br />buildings, shopping centers, educational buildings, medical buildings, and much more, He has
<br />extensive experience in all areas of infrastructure supply and distribution: electrical, water,
<br />wastewater, gas, and communications. Additionally, he has overseen all areas of road
<br />development: design, survey, road construction (gravel, DBST, concrete, and asphalt), drainage,
<br />traffic signage, and bridges/culverts. He has been extremely diligent in helping us to receive all of
<br />our work in Afghanistan and the surrounding areas.

<br />Venco Engineering can perform complete architectural and engineering service from the
<br />inception of the project through completion of construction. We can provide a wide range of
<br />Structural Engineering design services to our clients. The Engineering team is always looking for
<br />unique projects on which to apply our innovative and creative engineering talents. We have
<br />experience in the design and support of residential and commercial complexes and can provide a
<br />wide range of engineering services, In addition to our knowledge, our Team's previous
<br />experience is what sets us apart from the competition.
