<br />Our Team consists of the following members: Diego Passarella, P.E. (Engineer of Record),
<br />Mohammed Hai, P.E, (Geotechnical Engineer), Agustin Perez, P.E. (Civil Engineer), Damaris Yunes
<br />(Civil Engineer I), Francisco Garcia, P,E, (Mechanical), Jorge Rodriguez, P.E, (Electrical), Vicente
<br />Franco, (Structural), and Andres Delgado (Designer).

<br />Mr. Diego Passarella is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and Nevada, with
<br />advanced degrees in Structural and Civil Engineering. Mr. Passarella serves as the President and
<br />Chief Engineer of Venco with duties encompassing project management and firm administration.
<br />Mr. Passarella has completed the Structural and Civil design of various Engineering projects
<br />throughout the State of Florida and Nevada. Mr. Passarella has extensive experience in the field
<br />and brings a wealth of hands on experience that gives him the ability to use the latest technology
<br />in his studies and designs,
<br />
<br />Mr. Passarella has extensive experience in the design of both commercial and residential
<br />structures, He has the familiarity of working with the Florida Building Code. He is currently
<br />working as the Engineer of Record in the City of Parkland for a Single Family and Multi-Family
<br />community (Parkland Reserve). Some of his other projects have included retail space for the Taft
<br />Hollywood Shopping Plaza, Weston Drive Retail, Hampton Inn Suites and Starbucks Corporation,
<br />
<br />Mr. Passarella has the familiarity of working with the Florida Building Code. He has worked on a
<br />variety of Single Family and Multi Family projects. Some of his other projects have included
<br />Florida First Development's Ivy Ridge project, which consists of HUD developed homes, Heron
<br />Bay, Maple Glen and Lakes by the Bay, which were both located in Miami Dade County
<br />
<br />Senior Structural Design Engineer, Mr. Vicente Franco has extensive structural design experience
<br />both working within the commercial and residential scope. He specializes in high and mid-rise
<br />building designs including but not limited to, foundation, columns, shear walls, beams, and post-
<br />tensioning concrete slab. Mr. Franco has offered support during the Utilities design stage of many
<br />projects with his experience on the selection and design of members to provide support, bridges,
<br />orspecialconnection~

<br />Mr, Francisco Garcia, Mechanical and Plumbing Design Engineer has over 27 years of experience
<br />in his field. He has extensive experience in the management, coordination, and generation of
<br />working drawings of Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical disciplines for both commercial and
<br />residential projects. A sample of his work can be seen in Doral (Miami Dade County) at the
<br />Islands of Doral community, He was the MEP designer for both the Single Family and Town Home
<br />community. He was also the Engineer for the Community Blood Center in Miami. Mr, Garcia
<br />provides confident and quality designs to our department. He is very familiar with working with
<br />local municipalities and has worked with several different Building Departments, He is also
<br />familiar with the review and responses required by them. His experience in process and design
<br />helps the Team to obtain the precision and attention to detail that they require.

<br />Mr. Andres F. Delgado (Designer) was responsible for the design and coordination of a LEED
<br />certified shopping center comprised of 150,000 S.F, of retail space, 80,000 S.F. of Offices, and two
<br />(2) parking garages which can hold 1,000+ cars in Coconut Creek, Florida. This was the first of its
<br />kind built in the City of Coconut Creek. He was also responsible for the production of
<br />construction documents for a variety of projects including residential developments, He was also
<br />responsible for the design of the Sistrunk Lofts redevelopment project for The Broward County
<br />Redevelopment Agency, This redevelopment project consisted of the design of 16 low income
<br />apartments. The size ranged from 2-3 bedrooms (varying in size of 900-1200 s/f). The design
