<br />parking. This is one of the most successful redevelopment projects in the downtown Fort
<br />Lauderdale area. He is also responsible for the production of construction documents for a
<br />variety of single family, multi-family and commercial projects throughout Dade and Broward
<br />County.

<br />Mr. Mohammed Hai, Geotechnical Engineer holds licenses in several States and has over 12 years
<br />of experience working with both the private and public sector in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana.
<br />His projects have included residential, commercial and industrial structures, state roadways and
<br />highways, bridges, tower structures, earth embankments, retaining wall, and sheet pile walls. He
<br />has completed Soil Certifications on a variety of residential and commercial projects. He has
<br />extensive experience working with government entities such as the City of Fort Lauderdale, South
<br />Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT),
<br />Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), the School District of Broward County and the
<br />School District of Palm Beach County. We are fortunate to have the Geotechnical support in our
<br />office that helps our Civil department in having the stability of preparing a good base during the
<br />start of the design process.

<br />Electrical Design Engineer, Mr, Jorge Rodriguez, P.E., is licensed in Florida, Arizona, Puerto Rico,
<br />Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. He specializes in Power Engineering and Design. He is highly
<br />skilled and has completed over 450 projects in the design and construction of phase service
<br />Electrical design for such companies as BellSouth Communications. He has also prepared
<br />Electrical designs for such prestigious companies as Motorola, Florida International University
<br />(FlU), University of Miami (UM), Miami International Airport, the United States Federal Buildings,
<br />Nextel, and Citi Bank.

<br />Our Civil Design Engineer, Mr. Agustin Perez, P.E. is licensed in both Florida and Puerto Rico and
<br />has extensive experience in working with various Municipalities and Counties. He has over 14
<br />years of experience in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management. He has worked in both
<br />residential and commercial developments, and has worked extensively with Florida Department
<br />of Transportation, South Florida Water Management District, Department of Environmental
<br />Protection, and St. Johns Water Management District. He has also worked with various
<br />municipalities such as the City of Kissimmee, Lee County, Orange County, and Lake County. He is
<br />quite knowledgeable and makes a great addition to our Team!

<br />Our Team is committed to being readily available for any and all work as requested and/or
<br />needed by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We are aware of time constraints and deadlines and will
<br />make this job a priority, Our offices are located in Fort Lauderdale, which is within a 20 mile
<br />radius of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We are available at all times and can be summoned for
<br />meetings with limited notice. We fully agree to and state that we are willing to meet all time and
<br />budget requirements,

<br />Our Team understands the policies and procedures required with this contract. We are aware of
<br />the City's review process and the importance of expedited reviews and approvals. Many of our
<br />past projects are identical to the needs of the contract for which we wish to be considered. Our
<br />past work for Broward County, the City of Fort Lauderdale, The School Boards of Palm Beach,
<br />Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, is similar to work advertised in this RFP, as the services
<br />provided have included a variety of tasks under an open end contract basis.
