Our Team has a strong background with planned development units, both residential <br />and commercial. We have worked with various municipalities and are very familiar with <br />preparing preliminary design reports and/or design alternative recommendations. We have <br />prepared scope drawings and technical packages for solicitation to design build companies. We <br />have managed projects using the design build contracting method. <br /> <br />We are familiar with the preparation of all required bidding or construction documents for <br />projects, We have attended pre-design, design bidding, and bid award meetings. We have the <br />experience of being involved in face to face meetings with both City officials and contractors. <br /> <br />Value Engineering is utilized in all areas of design. Our Team members are directed to provide all <br />possible options for changes to the program in the early phases. We are cognizant of the impact <br />on schedules and A/E time and redesign costs if they are not addressed very early in the <br />preliminary design phases. <br /> <br />Our project scope and technical requirements will meet all contractual requirements for space, <br />function, features, and level of quality, The scope management will lay the foundation on which <br />the other project elements are built. <br /> <br />We are an ideal candidate for this contract due our ideology of building positive relations with <br />local communities and governments, municipalities, local businesses, subcontractors, and <br />vendors.
