<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach P~ge 6 <br /> <br />5. Contact Person: <br />Linda M. Bell, P.E. is the Project Manager and will be the day to day contact person for this <br />Contract. Ms. Bell will be responsible for the overall project designs. Vaughn Soares, P.E., Director of <br />cWI will be a second point of contact. This provides a greater line of communication with the City. Our <br />Project Manager will coordinate the Subconsultants and provide direction to the Design Staff. <br />CWI uses Teamwork to provide a quality product on time and on budget. Our Team addresses <br />the project issues during our weekly staff meetings and at other times during the design process. We use <br />our individual expertise to "brain storm" and develop innovative ways to solve difficult issues. <br />We will meet with the City's Project Manager on an as needed basis to discuss the project status and any <br />outstanding issues. We have the resources and tools to effectively manage every detail of the projects to <br />ensure the City's Satisfaction. <br /> <br />6. Proposed Personnel: <br /> <br />Linda Bell, P .E. Project Manager and day to day contact person. Ms. Bell, will be responsible for <br />Roadway Improvements, Roadway Lighting and City Signage. <br />Vaughn Soares, P.E. Senior Project Engineer and second point of contact. Mr. Soares will be <br />responsible for Roadway Drainage and Park Improvements. <br />Jose Aldir, P.E. Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for Signing and Pavement Markings, <br />Maintenance of Traffic, Traffic Analysis and Traffic Studies. <br />Jeff Greenfield, P.E. Project Engineer will be responsible for Environmental Engineering and utility <br />coordinati on. <br />Roberto Betancourt, E.!. Project Engineer will assist with the preparation of construction plans. <br /> <br />If needed: <br />Abraham Hadad, PSM, Professional Surveyor and Mapper, ofHadonne Corp. will provide Land Surveying <br />and Mapping as required. <br />Oracio Riccobono, P .E. of Geosol, Inc. will provide geotechnical engineering and testing as required. <br />This staff is available on an as needed basis for the various projects. <br /> <br />7. Sworn Statements: These Statements are numbers "7" and included after the Forms 254 and 255. <br /> <br />8.
