They have provided excellent service, applying advanced professional knowledge of land surveying and legal instruments to various governmental agencies as Miami-Dade County Public Works, GSA, DERM, Transit, Solid Waste Management and to numerous private sector companies. Mr. Hadad with over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the theories, principles and practices in the land surveying profession, as well as local, state and federal regulations. He has the ability to apply advanced technologies in the preparation of land surveying documents and legal instruments, and documents required to obtain or convey interests in land for public purposes. Mr. Hadad with over 15 years of experience is proposed to provide surveyong service in support of City projects. Mr. Hadad has extensive knowledge of the theories, principles and practices in the land surveying profession, as well as local, state and federal regulations. Geosol, Inc. provides geotechnical engineering and testing services, including subsurface exploration studies, laboratory testing, engineering, consulting, and design offoundation systems. The firm has a reputation for providing high quality, creative and cost effective geotechnical engineering solutions for clients in the public sector. Geosol has become very actively involved in the rapid growth of South Florida and has already participated as a Soils, Foundations and Materials Testing sub-consultant in more than 250 major projects. Geosol clients include FDOT, Tri-County Commuter Rail Authority Miami-Dade, Miami-Dade County Transit Authority, County Housing Agency, Miami-Dade County Public Works Department, and other South Florida Counties. Oracio Riccobono, P.E. is proposed as the project geotechnical engineer of record. He has 22 years of experience and has worked on numerous medium to large geotechnical engineering projects for the public sector, both, domestically and overseas. His expertise includes subsurface explorations, laboratory studies, geotechnical design, analyses and recommendations related to the design and construction of foundation elements of numerous transportation projects, for highway, railroad, marine and airport facilities. He has served as Senior Geotechnical Engineer for numerous FDOT Districts. 3.
