A continuous quality control process goes a long way <br />in identifying key issues. <br /> <br />As the consultant, Bee Engineering will have a responsibility to ensure that the design and construction documents <br />meet the highest possible standards for accuracy and completeness. In order to ensure we meet these high <br />standards, our quality assurance manual documents detail checking procedures, and place an emphasis on <br />continuous monitoring, coordination, communication, review and checking. <br /> <br />Bee Engineering will also prepare a project-specific Quality Control Plan that will define QC <br />personnel, their roles, schedule and review requirements. Committing the appropriate staff to <br />the QC team is essential, and the team will be composed of a group of professionals that are <br />highly skilled in their areas of expertise and are completely independent of the design team. <br />Their reviews will be separated into three major areas: <br /> <br />· Review of the engineering design and criteria, <br />ChKkHt- Oat.. <br />· Review of the plans preparation including that component sets have been properly ~~.r~~~~.~~::::=== <br />V,ffifieod: -Date: <br />coordinated, and <br />· Constructability reviews. <br /> <br />Prior to any submittal to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, documents will be reviewed as follows: <br /> <br />· Documents are stamped as ready for review and forwarded to reviewers specified in the QA/QC plan. <br />· After QA/QC reviews, mark-ups and comments are sent back to the designer/originator. <br />· Designer reviews, comments and develops responses. <br />· Designer and reviewer meet to agree on implementation of comments. <br />· Any disagreements are forwarded to the QA/QC officer for resolution. <br />· Comments are implemented and back checked. <br /> <br />All QA/QC documents will have a tracking stamp applied to them and will be initialed and dated by the responsible <br />professionals. All of the projects presented were chosen because they <br />depict relevant experience which can be directly applied to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Professional Engineering <br />Services Contract. <br /> <br />General Engineering Services City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida - BCC Engineering was selected to provide <br />General Engineering Services for the City of Miami.
