He enjoys <br />problem solving and developing action plans to assist his electrical staff during a difficult situation. He <br />promotes commitment and accountability throughout the team in order to build ownership and <br />continuity for each project. Mr. Baeza is the quality control "sheriff' making sure that all quality control <br />processes are completed for each phase of a project, regardless of its size. <br /> <br />Mr. Baeza has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA <br />from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma of Honduras in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He is a Registered <br />Professional Engineer in Florida since 1990. Examples of his experience include: <br /> <br />Port of Miami - Mr. Baeza is the Project Manager and Engineer of Record for the Fire Rescue <br />Department and Police and Port Security Office renovations at the Port. He was also the Project <br />Manager for the MEP renovations at the Customs One Stop Stations for Terminal B and Terminal C, <br />where HC was the prime consultant for the project. <br />City of Miami Beach - In 2005, HC Engineering was selected as one of the consultants for the <br />continuing services contract for the City. In 2006, we were assigned the HVAC Replacement for the 777 <br />Building followed by electrical upgrades to the Building. Mr. Baeza was the Project Manager for the <br />Construction Administration phase of the project.
