<br />Nodarse & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Ms. Leila Jammal Nodarse; P.E, President/CEO. Ms.
<br />Nodarse maintains the daily management of the firm, Over the past 18 years, N&A has grown to be one
<br />of the most dynamic and respected engineering firms in the State of Florida, Nodarse & Associates, Inc,
<br />employs a staff of more than 180 professional engineers, geologists, scientists, field/laboratory
<br />technicians, drillers and various support staff. N&A's capabilities and expertise are in the fields of

<br />STATEMENT OF EXPERIENCE: What The Nodarse Team "Brings To The Table"
<br />
<br />N&A is experienced in many threshold building projects including those with deep foundation piles,
<br />including load tests for auger cast or auger pressure grout displacement piles. Many buildings we have
<br />inspected use cast in place post tensioned flat slab structural designs which require us to monitor the
<br />placement and tensioning (elongation) of the tendons. Many of these structures have precast concrete
<br />panels or tilt-up concrete panels that must be inspected as to their physical characteristics and connections
<br />to the structure (welded or bolted). Many projects also have precast, prestressed parking garages, and
<br />some of our recent building structures have been precast. We also have visited many precast plants
<br />through the years. Other building structures have used reinforced masonry for structural bearing walls.
<br />Observations have been provided for concrete masonry units, brick, mortar, reinforcing steel and fill cells.

<br />We have been involved with structures having structural steel members consisting of beams, girders,
<br />trusses, joists, related bracing and metal roof decking, full penetration welded and high strength bolted
<br />connections, and observation of lifting and erection sequences. Our Certified Welding Inspectors (CWls)
<br />are very experienced in visual observation of steel members, including fabrication shop inspections for
<br />these projects. Some structural members have sprayed-on fire resistive coatings that we inspect. OUf
<br />people have also inspected curtainwall structures.
