Members of the <br />Nodarse Team were involved with Fabricating Shop inspections of all long span girders and joists <br />insuring that properly certified welders were utilized, that proper grade, size and thickness of angle steel <br />were used, and that welds passed visual inspection for quality assurance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Project Description: The first phase of the $1.4 billion Miami Intermodal Center includes construction <br />of road and highway improvements, construction of the first phase MIC Central Station core, the <br />consolidated Rental Car Center (3.4 million sf, 6,500 car capacity) and the construction of the MIC/MIA <br />people mover system. Driven piles and pile caps provide foundation support for this reinforced concrete <br />structural frame. Structural masonry walls are provided and long span steel trusses are utilized for clear <br />space lobbies and to bridge rail lines to provide pedestrian transport.
